At Hispano Language Advisory, under the project manager’s guidance, all projects are completed by teams including language, design and localization leaders. Our supervisors undergo specialized training in the relevant procedures and are responsible for training their team members. Special sessions are held, and communication is constant. This is implemented through Hispano Profile.

Linguistic teams may include both staff and freelancers, which enables us to be flexible. In this way we are able to adapt to different project scopes and timeframes to suit the client’s needs. After going through our strict initial vendor recruitment process, we start working with a linguist and continually monitor their results. They receive feedback on practically every translation assignment, based on our proprietary tool, Hispano Lookout. Company-wide sessions allow internal staff to share their processes in different areas. This open-communication practice allows for general awareness and lets Hispano function as a unit. We also organize training sessions and workshops for freelancers on topics of interest, and provide training through Hispano Uni.

Our Desktop Publishing team is able to typeset marketing collateral, manuals, packaging, books and other documents, both in Mac and PC. Our team is proficient in a variety of design applications, such as Adobe CC 2015 (and older), which includes InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, DreamWeaver, Flash, Fireworks, and also Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe PageMaker, and Quark Xpress 11 (and older). We handle multilingual projects, including right-to-left languages like Arabic and Hebrew. All DTP requests are proofed as part of our Quality Assurance process. Our trained staff checks that text and layout have been correctly and consistently formatted.
